As orders are custom made to order, your Swim by Elly order is subject to a processing time. Up to date processing times can be found in the banner on the home page.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post Express. Your tracking link will be emailed to you by Australia Post once your order has been dispatched. There is a $12 flat rate charge for domestic shipping.

International Shipping

Swim by Elly ships worldwide.

International orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Post International. A tracking link will be emailed to you by Australia Post once the order has dispatched. There is a $32AUD flat rate fee for Australia Post International shipping.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer. Import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are charged by the importing country government body, and not by Swim by Elly. Taxes listed on our website, at the checkout page and on your order confirmation “tax included” does not refer to import duties - import duties are separate and are calculated upon arrival and import into destination country. 

Please note we are not able to ship to international PO boxes.
